Application research of respiratory management team in postoperative nursing of Stanford type A aortic dissection |

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of respiratory tract management team in postoperative nursing of Stanford A aortic dissection. Methods A total of 80 patients with Stanford a type A aortic dissection were selected from March 2019 to April 2020 in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University as the study objects. The patients were divided into control group (40 cases) and experimental group (40 cases). The control group adopted the routine nursing mode intervention, the experimental group adopted the respiratory management group intervention. The recovery of lung function, the total incidence of complications, the score of pain digital score (NRS) and the length of hospitalization were compared. Results There was no significant difference in pulmonary function between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05). After nursing, the levels of blood oxygen saturation, oxygenation index and oxygen partial pressure in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, while oxygen concentration was lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in NRS scores between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). The NRS score of the two groups after intervention was lower than that before intervention, and the NRS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The length of hospitalization in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Through the use of standardized and meticulous respiratory management for patients with Stanford A aortic dissection, the pulmonary function of the patients has been well recovered, the occurrence of respiratory complications has been effectively prevented, the hospitalization time has been greatly shortened, and the healthy recovery of the patients has been ensured.
