杀伤细胞联合化疗治疗中晚期肺癌的效果及对免疫功能、B7H4蛋白水平的影响

Abstract Objectives To investigate the clinical effect of cytokine-induced killer (CIK) combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of middle and advanced lung cancer and the influence on immune function and B7H4 protein level.Methods A total of 110 patients with middle and advanced lung cancer admitted to the oncology department of a hospital in Shanghai from May 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the double-blind method, they were divided into the combination group and the chemotherapy group, with 55 cases in each group. The chemotherapy group was treated with chemotherapy, and the combination group was treated with CIK based on chemotherapy. The curative effect, immune function level, carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and B7H4 protein levels before and after treatment between the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the chemotherapy group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). There were no significant differences in the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, B7H4 protein and CEA between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ in the combined group were higher than those in the chemotherapy group, while the levels of B7H4 protein and CEA in the combined group were lower than those in the chemotherapy group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion CIK combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of middle and advanced lung cancer has certain curative effect, which can significantly improve the immune function of patients by down-regulating the level of B7H4 protein.
