| Application of blood puncture cupping combined with balance relaxation and tendon massage in patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia |

Abstract Objective To explore the application value of blood puncture cupping combined with balance relaxation and tendon massage in patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia. Methods A total of 100 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation, Ganzhou Municipal Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number table method, with 50 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were given blood puncture cupping therapy, and patients in the experimental group were given blood puncture cupping combined with balance relaxation and tendon massage therapy. After 1 month of treatment, limb motor function, daily living function,nervous system function, patients′ satisfaction with treatment and treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in the scores of limb motor function,daily living function and nervous system function between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the scores of limb motor function, daily living function and nervous system function in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of limb motor function, daily living function and nervous system function in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment efficiency of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Blood puncture cupping combined with balance relaxation and tendon massage can significantly improve the patient′s motor function, daily activity function and nerve function, and effectively improve the patients′ satisfaction with the treatment. The overall effect is significant. It is worthy of promotion and application in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.
