内镜下鼓室成形术治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎的效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of endoscopic tympanoplasty in the treatment of chronic suppurative tympanitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic suppurative tympanitis treated in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of Zhangzhou Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group (50 cases) and the observation group (50 cases) according to random number table method. Patients in the control group underwent conventional tympanoplasty under microscope, and patients in the observation group underwent endoscopic tympanoplasty. According to the clinical symptoms and air-bone conduction difference of the patients, the clinical efficacy and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the amount of intraoperative bleeding of the observation group was less than that of the control group, and the degree of postoperative pain of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the air-bone conduction difference between the two groups (P＞0.05). At three months after operation, the air-bone conduction difference in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions such as postoperative tinnitus, vertigo, non healing perforation between the two groups (P＞0.05). Conclusion Endoscopic tympanoplasty in the treatment of patients with chronic suppurative tympanitis can shorten the operation time, reduce the amount of bleeding, improve the hearing threshold and clinical treatment effect, and effectively avoid postoperative adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
