专科护士介入的个体化营养干预对中晚期宫颈癌合并中重度营养不良患者的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effects of individualized nutrition intervention by specialized nurses on patients with intermediate and advanced cervical cancer complicated with moderate and severe malnutrition. Methods From April 2020 to April 2021, 88 patients with intermediate and advanced cervical cancer complicated with moderate and severe malnutrition in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were selected as the subjects. They were divided into control group (44 cases) and experimental group (44 cases) according to the computer randomization. Control group used intervention by responsible nurses, experimental group used specialist nurses individualized nutrition intervention. The nutritional compliance rate, body mass index (BMI) and oral intake of energy and protein were compared between the two groups. Results The nutrition rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The BMI of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The oral intakes of energy and protein in experimental group were higher than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized nutrition intervention by specialized nurses can play a role in the whole process of nutrition assessment,planning, implementation and monitoring, effectively improve the body malnutrition status of patients with advanced cervical cancer complicated with moderate and severe malnutrition, which has a positive impact on the improvement of the disease.
