社区人群轻度认知功能损害危险因素及防治策略

Abstract Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) is a transitional stage between dementia and normal, and it is also an important stage for preventing and reversing the transition to Alzheimer′s disease (AD). In this paper, through reviewing the recent studies on the risk factors and some pathogenesis related to MCI, the main general risk factors of MCI population, such as age, gender, education level, hypertension, diabetes and other disease-related risk factors, were analyzed in the occurrence and development of MCI. In view of these risk factors, this paper provides reference advice and prevention strategies for prevention and treatment of MCI and prevention of MCI transition to AD.
