氯氮平联合小剂量丙戊酸镁对精神分裂症临床疗效的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Clozapine combined with low dose Magnesium Valproate on the clinical efficacy of schizophrenia. Methods A total of 124 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Department of Psychological Sleep, Zhongshan Xiaolan People′s Hospital from October 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 62 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Clozapine, and the observation group was supplemented with a low dose of Magnesium Valproate on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects and cognitive function of the two groups of patients were compared, and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were counted. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was stastically significant(P<0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment, the verbal fluency test (VFT) and modified Wsiconsin card sorting test (MWCST)′s correct numbers and correct classification numbers of two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the indexes of observation group were higher than those of the control group. trail making test (TMT) and M-WCST′s error numbers, continuous error numbers and non continuous error numbers of two groups after treatment were less than those before treatment, and the indexes of observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Clozapine combined with low dose Magnesium Valproate can improve the therapeutic effect of patients with schizophrenia, improve cognitive function, and has high safety. It can be used for clinical promotion.
