舒适护理在阑尾炎手术患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing in patients with appendicitis surgery (AS). Methods A total of 124 appendicitis surgery patients who were admitted to Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from December 2017 to April 2020 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table method, with 62 cases in each group. The control group received conventional basic intervention to complete the surgical treatment, and the experimental group was treated with comfortable nursing to complete the surgical treatment. The generalized anxiety disorder-7 (GAD-7) score,Chinese perceived stress scale (CPSS) score, general comfort questionnaire (GCQ) score, verbal descriptors scale (VDS)score and the total rate of complications between the two groups were compared. Results The GAD-7 score, CPSS score, VDS score and the total complication rate of experimental group after intervention were all lower than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The GCQ score of experimental group after intervention was higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The combined application of comfort nursing in AS patients can improve their comfort and safety, and reduce their pain and psychological pressure.
