乐山市老年高血压患者达标率及其影响因素研究

Abstract Objective To explore the study on the compliance rate and the influencing factors of elderly hypertension patients in Leshan City. Methods A total of 205 elderly hypertension patients in Leshan from January to May 2021 were selected as the study subjects, and divided into the standard groups (106 cases) and the substandard group (99 cases) according to the blood pressure control situation. The 14 indicators of gender, age, culture, and occupation were compared between the two groups, and the factors influencing blood pressure control in elderly hypertensive patients were analysed. Results The results of univariate analysis showed that gender, age, education, occupation, residence,medical payment method, body mass index (BMI), diabetes, hyperlipidemia, smoking and alcohol consumption were related factors affecting the blood pressure control in elderly hypertensive patients (P＜0.05). The results of the multivariate analysis showed that age, education, occupation, medical payment method, and BMI were independent imaging factors affecting blood pressure control in elderly hypertensive patients (P＜0.05). Conclusion The blood pressure control of elderly patients with hypertension is affected by many factors, so it is necessary to strengthen education and guidance,take measures according to local conditions, and adopt more effective health management strategies.
