血浆血管性血友病因子抗原、D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原/纤维蛋白降解产物检测在急性脑梗死中的诊断价值

Abstract Objective To explore the plasma the diagnostic value of von Willebrand factor antigen (vWF:Ag), D-dimer(D-D), and fibrinogen/fibrin degradation products (FDP) tests in acute cerebral infarction. Methods Eighty-six cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Baoshan Branch of Shanghai Renji Hospital from April 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the observation group, and 86 cases of acute cerebral infarction admitted to Baoshan Branch of Shanghai Renji Hospital from April 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the observation group, and 60 physical examination patients of Baoshan Branch of Shanghai Renji Hospital from April 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the control group. The plasma vWF:Ag, D-D and FDP concentration; three indexes for correlation analysis were compared; draw ROC curve, analyze the diagnostic efficacy of vWF:Ag, D-D and FDP levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction and perform logistic regression analysis. Results The vWF:Ag, D-D, and FDP levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05). The vWF:Ag was positively associated with D-D levels (r=0.95, P＜0.05), while the vWF:Ag had no correlation with FDP (r=0.54,P＞0.05), D-D had no correlation with FDP (r=0.68, P＞0.05). The logistic regression analysis showed that the vWF:Ag and D-D were the related risk factors for developing ACI (P＜0.05). Conclusions Plasma vWF:Ag, D-D and FDP have certain clinical diagnostic value in the test of patients with acute myocardial infarction, and vWF:Ag and D-D tests may be risk factors for acute cerebral infarction and serve as predictors of clinical diagnosis.
