腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术治疗早期宫颈癌的效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer in the treatment of early cervical cancer. Methods A total of 110 patients with early cervical cancer admitted to Fukuang General Hospital of Liaoning Health Industry Group from October 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects. According to random number table method, they were divided into experimental group and control group, with 55 cases in each group. Patients in the experimental group were treated with laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer, patients in the control group were treated with open radical resection of cervical cancer. The total incidence of postoperative complications, postoperative recovery time, hospital stay, exhaust time, and surgical satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total incidence of postoperative complications of the experimental group were lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The postoperative recovery of diet and exhaust time in the experimental group were earlier than those of the control group, the hospital stay was shorter than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The surgical satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion For the clinical treatment of patients with early cervical cancer, the use of laparoscopic radical resection of cervical cancer can effectively reduce the complications and improve the patient′s satisfaction on the surgery. It is worthy of clinical publicity.
