改良Stoppa入路手术在骨盆髋臼骨折患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of modified Stoppa approach surgery in patients with pelvic acetabular fracture. Methods A total of 50 patients with pelvic and acetabular fractures in Puning People′s Hospital of Guangdong Province from March 2015 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects, and divided into observation group(25 cases)and control group(25 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated by ilioinguinal approach, and the observation group was treated by Stoppa approach. The postoperative effect, total incidence of complications,Harris hip joint function score were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and postoperative wound healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group (8.00%) was lower than that in the control group(24.00%), with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). The Harris hip joint function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion The modified Stoppa approach plays a positive role in the clinical treatment of patients with acetabular and pelvic fractures. It can improve the effect of surgical treatment, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the function of hip joint.
