容积-黏度吞咽测试在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者摄食管理中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of volume viscosity swallowing test (V-VST) in the management of swallowing in stroke patients with dysphagia. Methods From January to December 2019, 60 stroke patients with dysphagia who had EAT-10 ≥3 points and improved Wada drinking water test gradeⅡ-Ⅲwere selected as the study objects, and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group adopted the routine feeding management, including psychological nursing management, diet management, swallowing rehabilitation exercise and oral care. On the basis of routine feeding management, the observation group adopted the V-VST test results to guide the food characters and the amount of one mouthful, and developed a personalized feeding management plan. The incidence of aspiration errors, stroke-related pneumonia and quality of life of dysphagia patients were compared before and after intervention. Results The incidence of aspiration errors and stroke-related pneumonia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After intervention, the quality of life score of dysphagia in the two groups was lower than that before intervention, the quality of life score of dysphagia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The food safety management scheme based on the V-VST test results of patients with stroke dysphagia can reduce the incidence of aspiration and stroke-related pneumonia, and significantly improve the quality of life of patients with stroke dysphagia.
