基于信息-动机-行为技巧模型的护理干预对高危初产妇育儿胜任感的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention based on information- motivation-behavior skill model in high-risk primiparas of parenting sense of competence. Methods A total of 70 high-risk primiparas who were treated in Women and Children Health Care Center in Dalian and planned to give birth were selected as the study objects. The non-synchronous control study method was as followed，the control group was selected from October 2019 to January 2020，and the intervention group was selected from February to May 2020，35 high-risk primiparas in each group. High -risk primiparas were received routine nursing guidance in the control group，including parenting knowledge and improve their compliance of obstetric exams. On this basis，the high-risk primiparas in the intervention group were provided with parenting knowledge and skills，namely information-motivation-behavior skill model nursing intervention，once every two weeks from 28 weeks of gestation to full term. Also，we made a questionnaire survey on high-risk primiparas，before intervention，before leaving hospital，42 days after postpartum and three months after postpartum. Results Before leaving hospital，42 days after postpartum and three months after postpartum the results of the intervention group comparison of feelings of competence of parenting showed that the total points and the points of all dimension in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Comparison of parenting competence before leaving hospital，42 days after postpartum and three months after postpartum，time factors and interference factors and intervention factors (P＜0.05)，the total scores and scores of each dimension of the feeling of parenting competence before leaving hospital，42 days after postpartum and three months after postpartum were higher in both groups than before intervention. The total score and each dimension score of inpatient satisfaction in the intervention group were higher than those in control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Information-motivation-behavior nursing intervention could improve high-risk primiparas feelings of competence of treating babies，and provide highrisk primiparas with better quality nursing serves，to improve the satisfaction of high-risk primiparas in communication，system，environment，service and other aspects.
