顺气通腑汤灌肠在癌痛患者药源性便秘致阴液亏虚中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical application value of Shunqi Tongfu Decoction enema in the treatment of Yin deficiency caused by drug-induced constipation in patients with cancer pain. Methods A total of 80 patients with Yin deficiency，constipation and cancer pain were diagnosed in Ganzhou Cancer Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected. They were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to random number table method，40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral Lactulose，and the experimental group was treated with oral Lactulose combined with Shunqi Tongfu Decoction enema. The short-term efficacy and satisfaction of the two groups at 2 courses after treatment were observed. The scores of constipation symptom severity scale(Wexner) and quality of life scale (PAC-QOL) in the two groups were observed before and after treatment，and the total incidence rate of adverse reactions was recorded. Results The score of Wexner scale in the experimental group at 2 courses after treatment was lower than that in the control group，the scores of each dimension of PAC-QOL in the experimental group at 2 courses after treatment were lower than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). The clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group，and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). There were no adverse reactions in the two groups.The total satisfaction of the experimental group was better than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The Yin deficiency caused by drug-induced constipation in patients with cancer pain were treated by Shunqi Tongfu Decoction enema，and the curative effect was good，which could improve their quality of life，improve treatment satisfaction，and ensure the smooth progress of cancer pain treatment.
