2016—2020年某高校在职职工彩超结果分析

Abstract Objective To analyze the results of color doppler ultrasound examination of in-service staff who participated in physical examination for 5 consecutive years in Shandong College of Traditional Chinese Medicine，to understand the health status of the faculty and staff，and to provide scientific basis for further prevention and health care and health education. Methods The data of color ultrasound examination of employees in the university from 2016 to 2020 was collected，and eliminated the abandoned or missed inspections，amounted to 1 553 cases. The detection rate of common diseases and the difference of disease detection rate among employees of different gender and age were analyzed. Results From 2016 to 2020，the abnormal detection rates of color doppler ultrasound were 90.64% (155/171)，90.40% (160/177)，93.50% (259/277)，95.93% (471/491) and 94.51% (413/437)，respectively. Fatty liver，liver cyst，kidney cyst，gallstone and gallbladder polyp were the top 5 common diseases detected by color doppler ultrasonography.The detection rates of renal cysts and thyroid nodules were higher in females than in males，and the detection rates of gallstones and carotid atherosclerosis were higher in males than in females，the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the detection rates of other diseases in different genders (P＞0.05). The detection rate of renal cyst was the highest in the age group of ≤30 years old. The detection rate of gallbladder polyps was the highest in the age group of ＞30-40 years old. The detection rate of fatty liver and gallstone was the highest in the age group of ＞40-50 years old. The detection rate of carotid atherosclerosis and thyroid nodules was the highest in the age group of ＞50-60 years old (P＜0.05). Conclusion The health condition of the staff in the university is not optimistic. Relevant departments should pay more attention and take health promotion interventions to prevent and reduce the incidence of diseases. So as to improve the health status and the health quality of the staff.
