祛风止痛汤治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qufeng-Zhitong Decoction in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute gouty arthritis admitted to the Department of Endocrinology，Guangdong Clifford Hospital from June 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects，and divided into the control group and the observation groups，with 50 cases in each group.The control group were treated by conventional Western medicine treatment. The observation group were treated by Qufeng-Zhitong Decoction based on the control group.The clinical effect，inflammatory factor(C reactive protein[CRP]，tumor necrosis factor alpha[TNF-α]，interleukin-1β [IL-1β]，interleukin-6 [IL-6]，interleukin-17 [IL-17])，erythrocyto sedimentation rate (ESR)，uric acid (UA) and Chinese medicine symptom score were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ，with statistically significant difference. Before treatment，there were no statistically significant differences in CRP，TNF-，IL-1，IL-6，IL-6 and IL-17 levels between the two groups (P＞0.05). After treatment，the levels of CRP，TNF-，IL-1，IL-6，IL-6 and IL-17 of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment in the group，and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of CRP，TNF-，IL-1，IL-6，and IL-17 of the observed group were lower than of the control group during the same period，and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Before treatment，there were no statistically significant differences in ESR，UA levels between the two groups (P＞0.05). After treatment，the levels of ESR，UA of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment in the group，and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment，the levels of ESR，UA of the observed group were lower than of the control group during the same period，and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05). Before treatment，there were no statistically significant differences in traditional Chinese medicine pathology score(joint redness and swelling，pain，mobility，dry skin，dark purple skin color) between the two groups (P＞0.05). After treatment，the traditional Chinese medicine pathology score (joint redness and swelling，pain，mobility，dry skin，dark purple skin color) of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment in the group，and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After treatment，the traditional Chinese medicine pathology score (joint redness and swelling，pain，mobility，dry skin，dark purple skin color) of the observed group were lower than of the control group during the same period，and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion It has prominent effect in patients with acute gouty arthritis treated by Qufeng Zhitong Decoction. It can improve the inflammatory factor，ESR，UA and Chinese medicine symptom score. It′s worth of clinical recommendations.
