时机理论对早期血液透析患者自我护理能力及生存质量的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention guided by timing theory on self-care ability and quality of life of early hemodialysis (HD) patients.Methods A total of 90 patients with end-stage renal disease undergoing HD in our hospital from October 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(n=45)and intervention group(n=45).The control group adopted the routine nursing intervention method, and the intervention group adopted the nursing intervention method guided by the timing theory.The self-care ability before and after the intervention, the total incidence of complications and the quality of life of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results The scores of self-care ability in the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Before the intervention, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the score of self-care ability (P＞0.05).After the intervention, the scores of self-care ability and quality of life in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group, and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention guided by the timing theory can effectively improve the self-care ability of early HD patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the quality of life.
