奥瑞姆自护理论联合临床护理路径对精神分裂症患者生活质量和社会功能的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the influence of Orem self-care theory combined with clinical nursing pathway on the quality of life and social function of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 72 schizophrenics admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method, 36 cases in each group.The control group was given clinical nursing path nursing method, and the study group was given Orem self-care theory on the basis of the control group′s nursing.The activity of daily living scale（ADL）, social disability screening schedule （SDSS） and rehabilitation efficiency of the two groups were compared before and after 3 months intervention.Results The ADL score after 3 months intervention in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）; the SDSS score after 3 months intervention in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.The total effective rate of rehabilitation in the study group was 77.78%, which was higher than 41.67% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Orem self-care theory combined with clinical nursing pathway can effectively improve the quality of life and social function of schizophrenics, and the rehabilitation effect is ideal, which is worth of clinical promoting.
