| The role of quality control circle activities combined with safety nursing in improving the qualification rate of basic nursing for patients 24 hours after operation |

Abstract Objective To explore the role of quality control circle (QCC) activities combined with safety nursing in improving the qualification rate of basic nursing for patients 24 hours after operation.Methods A total of 80 surgical patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by screening method and whole group sampling method, each had 40 cases.The patients in the control group received routine nursing, while the patients in the observation group received safety nursing and QCC activities.The eligible rate of 24-hour basic nursing and the total risk rate of different intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of basic nursing 24 hours after operation in the observation group was 97.50%, higher than 85.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05); the total incidence of nursing risk in the observation group was 10.00%, lower than 30.00% in the control group, the total difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of safety nursing and QCC can significantly improve the qualified rate of examination and nursing 24 hours after operation, reduce the occurrence of nursing risk and improve the safety of nursing.
