腰硬联合旁路穿刺法在剖宫产麻醉中预防腰背痛的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect combined lumbar stiffness and bypass puncture in the prevention of low back pain during cesarean section anesthesia.Methods A total of 500 patients with cesarean section who were admitted to the hospital from April 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects.The coin toss method was used randomly to divided patients into observation group and control group, with 250 cases in each group.The observation group used bypass puncture, and the control group used median puncture.Both groups underwent combined lumbar and hard anesthesia.The anesthesia effect, anesthesia related indexes, adverse reactions and low back pain were compared between the two groups.Results The total anesthesia comfort of the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The onset of anesthesia effect time and anesthesia operation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the dosage was less than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05); the incidence of low back pain at 3 weeks after operation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of lumbar stiffness combined with bypass puncture in the anesthesia of cesarean section is effective in the clinical anesthesia, effectively reducing the incidence of low back pain and the incidence of adverse reactions in patients, meeting the anesthesia needs of patients, and worthy of popularization and application.
