| Clinical effect of comprehensive therapy for postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section |

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy on postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Methods A total of 60 patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random comprehensive balance method, the patients were divided into the control group (30 cases) and the observation group (30 cases).The control group was given bilateral uterine artery ascending branch ligation, and the observation group was given comprehensive therapy, that was, uterine bunding combined with myometrial injection of Ergometrine for treatment.Hemodynamic indices, postpartum complications, surgical indices, and total effective rate of hemostasis were compared between the two groups.Results The hemodynamic indices were better than those in the control group, total effective rate of hemostasis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total incidence rate postpartum complications and puerperal infection rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the surgery time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of comprehensive therapy, namely uterine bunding combined with myometrial injection of Ergometrine in the patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section, is highly significant.
