氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Amlodipine combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets on hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 94 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease admitted to Fushun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects，and were divided into Telmisartan group (n=47) and Amlodipine group (n=47)according to random number table method. Telmisartan group was treated with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets combined with Telmisartan，and Amlodipine group was treated with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets combined with Amlodipine Besylate Tablets. Blood pressure，interleukin-2 (IL-2)，nitric oxide (NO)，endothelin (ET)，homocysteine (Hcy) and carotid intimedia thickness (IMT) were compared between two groups before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in blood pressure between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05). After treatment，systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in both groups were lower than before，and systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in Amlodipine group were lower than those in Telmisartan group，the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in laboratory indexes between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05). After treatment，the levels of IL-2，Hcy and ET in the two groups were lower than before treatment，and the level of NO was higher than before treatment. The levels of IL-2，Hcy and ET in the Amlodipine group were lower than that in the Telmisartan group，and the level of NO was higher than that in the temib group，the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in IMT between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05). After treatment，IMT in the two groups was lower than before，and IMT in the Amlodipine group was lower than that in the Telmisartan group，the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion Amlodipine Besylate combined with Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets in the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease has the function of balancing lumen contraction，promoting vascular damage repair，relieving vascular wall pressure，improving vascular smooth muscle function，and delaying the occurrence of inflammatory reactions，and inhibiting small vasospasm.
