Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients with postoperative adhesive intestinal obstruction treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into control group (n=40) and observation group (n=40) by drawing lots.Conventional nursing was adopted in the control group, and comprehensive nursing was applied in the observation group.The quality of life, body behavior status score and clinical indicators were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing, the life quality score and body behavior status score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were significant (P<0.05).The recovery time of gastrointestinal function, the time of first exhaust, and the time of first defecation in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion In the active treatment of patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery, implementing comprehensive nursing for patients can significantly enhance nursing effect, improve various clinical indicators, and improve the life quality and behavior status of patients.It has a high application value in the clinic.
