围手术期护理在先天性肠闭锁中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the application effect of perioperative care in congenital intestinal atresia. Methods A total of 113 children with congenital intestinal atresia treated in Fujian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2015 to December 2020 were selected as study subjects, and the single double number on the admission date of the child was used to divide them into the control (n=56) and the observation group (n=57). Childrens in the control group were treated with routine nursing, while childrens in the observation group were treated with perioperative nursing. The nursing effect, secondary operation rate, complication rate, and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups, and the parents′ satisfaction with nursing work was analyzed. Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); secondary surgery rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The length of hospitalization of the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); total satisfied nursing of the parents of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of a positive and effective perioperative nursing intervention for children with surgical treatment of congenital intestinal atresia has a significant effect, reduce the occurrence of complications, and promote rehabilitation, and the children′s parents have greater recognition of this care model, which is worth clinical promoting.
