Objective To study the application effect of Compound Polymyxin B Ointment to smear the inner ring depression of the disposable prepuce ring cutting stapler in the treatment of patients with circumcision.Methods From December 2016 to December 2018, 94 cases of prepuce and stem-covered male patients in our hospital were selected as study subjects.They were divided into experimental group and control group by the method of random digital table,47 patients in each group.The patients in both groups were treated with prepuce.The patients in the control group were smeared with medical lubricant on the inner ring depression of the prepuce ring cutting stapler, while the patients in the experimental group were given Cmpound Polymyxin B Ointment to smear the inner ring depression of the disposable prepuce ring cutting stapler.The postoperative pain level of the two groups was compared with the assessment of visual analogue scale (VAS), and the incidence of postoperative infection and postoperative adhesion in the two groups was statistically compared, and the satisfaction of the patients was compared.Results The VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05）.The incidence of infection and postoperative adhesion in the experimental group was 4.26%, 2.13%, which was lower than that in the control group (17.02%, 12.77%), the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05）.The total satisfaction of the experimental group was 93.62%, which was higher than that of the control group (78.72%) (P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of Compound Polymyxin B Ointment in prepuce ring can reduce the degree of pain, reduce the complications such as infection and adhesion, promote wound healing and improve the satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
