术后疼痛控制联合责任制整体护理在老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To explore the application effect of postoperative pain control combined with responsibility for holistic nursing in elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures after surgery. Methods Eighty elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures from January 2018 to January 2020 treated in Ruijin People′s Hospital,Jiangxi Province were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into the control group (40 cases) and the experimental group (40 cases) using random number table method. Patients in the control group underwent responsibility for holistic nursing intervention and in the experimental group, patients underwent postoperative pain control combined with responsibility for holistic nursing. The nursing satisfaction, the improvement effect of hip joint function and the patient′s pain degree were compared. between two groups. Results After nursing, the pain score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree of the experimental group was 90.00%, which was higher than 75.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After nursing, the hip joint function score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures receiving postoperative pain control and responsibility for holistic nursing will help to improve the patients′ nursing effect, alleviate pain, improve hip joint function, and increase nursing satisfaction, which have a high overall application value.
