| Application of targeted nursing management intervention in pediatric venipuncture |

Abstract ObjectiveTo explore the effect of targeted nursing management intervention in pediatric venipuncture.Methods300 cases of children with intravenous infusion from June 2013 to December 2016 treated in our hospital were divided into two groups,150 cases in each group.Routine nursing management intervention was carried out in the conventional group,and the targeted group was treated with targeted nursing management.The scores of adherence to nursing management,scores of pediatric puncture compliance,comfort score,pain score and venipuncture success rate were compared between two groups.ResultsThe success rate of puncture in the group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions after targeted puncture was significantly lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.01).Among them,the conventional group of 5 cases of puncture site edema,6 cases of phlebitis,4 cases of puncture site bleeding.1 case of puncture site edema in the target group.The score of satisfaction,nursing score and pain score of the children of the target group were significantly better than those of the conventional group(P<0.01).ConclusionThe implementation of targeted nursing management intervention has a significant impact,it on the success rate of pediatric venipuncture can greatly improve the compliance of puncture in children,improve the success rate of vein puncture,improve children′s comfort,reduce the pain and the adverse reaction,parents of children with high satisfaction with nursing services,it is worth promoting the application.
