丹参化瘀汤联合负压封闭引流治疗脉络瘀阻型糖尿病足的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of Danshen Huayu Decoction combined with vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) in the treatment of diabetic foot with choroid stasis type. Methods A total of 60 diabetic foot patients with choroid stasis type admitted to Department of Vascular Mammary Surgery，The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects，and divided into the control group (30 cases) and the treatment group (30 cases) according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional debridement and VSD for 6 weeks，while the treatment group was given Danshen Huayu Decoction for 6 weeks on the basis of the control group. Treatment effect，symptom score，wound healing rate and related laboratory indicators (white blood cell [WBC]，C-reactive protein [CRP]，neutrophil granulocyte percent [NEU%]，fibrinogen [FIG]，D-dimer [D-D]) were compared between the two groups before and after 6 weeks of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistical significant (P＜0.05). Before treatment，there were no statistical significant differences of symptom scores (cold feeling，pain，lame distance) between the two groups (P＞0.05). After 6 weeks of treatment，the symptom scores (cold feeling，pain，lame distance) of two groups were lower than those before treatment in the group，and the difference was statistical significant (P ＜0.05). After 6 weeks of treatment，the symptom scores (cold feeling，pain，lame distance) of the treatment group was lower than those of the control group at the same period，the difference was statistical significant (P＜0.05). The wound healing rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group，the difference was statistical significant(P＜0.05). Before treatment，there were no statistical significant differences of the levels of CRP，WBC，NEU%，FIG，and D-D between the two groups (P＞0.05). After 6 weeks of treatment，the levels of CRP，WBC，NEU%，FIG，and D-D of two groups were lower than those before treatment in the group，and the difference was statistical significant (P＜0.05).After 6 weeks of treatment，the levels of CRP，WBC，NEU%，FIG，and D-D of the treatment group was lower than those of the control group at the same period，the difference was statistical significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of Danshen Huayu Decoction combined with VSD in the treatment of diabetic foot with choroid stasis type is good，and it needs to be studied in depth.
