Abstract This article summarized the nursing points of a case of hand-foot syndrome complicated by ultrasoundguided radiofrequency ablation in patients with liver metastasis after colon cancer surgery, so as to guide clinical nursing work.Through comprehensive assessment of the patient′s condition, such as disease progression, mental state, condition change, family social relations, etc., psychological nursing, fistula nursing, hand-foot syndrome observation and nursing, pain nursing, rest and diet guidance, health education should be done well.After nursing intervention, the expected therapeutic effect was effectively achieved, and the patient was discharged smoothly.It is suggested that good nursing of ultrasound-guided radiofrequency ablation of colon cancer liver metastases complicated with hand-foot syndrome can effectively improve the quality of life of patients and prevent serious complications and adverse reactions.
