| Application of perioperative nursing in patients with lumbar disc herniation undergoing percutaneous endoscope |

Abstract Objective To investigate the application of perioperative nursing in patients undergoing percutaneous foraminal lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were treated in our hospital from July 2015 to March 2018 were selected as research objects.They were divided into control group (n=40)and an observation group (n=40) according to dynamic randomization method.The control group adopted routine nursing,and the observation group adopted perioperative nursing intervention.The quality of life scores,visual analogue scale (VAS) scores,total postoperative care satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the quality of life and VAS scores between the two groups (P＞0.05).After nursing,the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),the VAS score was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion PTED for patients with lumbar disc herniation has obvious perioperative nursing effect,good safety performance,and is worthy of promotion.It also provides a more reliable reference value for future research.
