改良式助行器在食管癌术后快速康复护理中的应用

Abstract Objective To explore the application value of improved walker in the rapid rehabilitation nursing of esophageal cancer. Methods A total of 60 postoperative patients who underwent esophageal cancer surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random principle,30 cases in each group.The control group used ordinary walkers,the observation group used modified walkers,the various indicators of the two groups of patients were compared. Results The first time to get out of bed in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the duration of the first time to get out of bed was longer than that in the control group,with statistical differences (P<0.05).The drainage tube removal time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical differences (P<0.05);the incidence of pulmonary infection and detubation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the total satisfaction in the observation group was 100.00%,the total satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that of the control group (80.00%),with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion The improved walker used in the rapid rehabilitation nursing of esophageal cancer after surgery can promote patients to get out of bed actively and promote postoperative rehabilitation,which is worthy of clinical application.
