Orem自护理论联合循证护理在慢性心力衰竭患者中的应用及对患者生活质量的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the application of Orem self-care theory combined with evidence-based nursing in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) and its effect on the quality of life of patients. Methods From June 2020 to June 2021, 90 cases of CHF patients treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the control group (45 cases) and the study group (45 cases) according to random number table method. The control group was used conventional nursing intervention method, the study group was used Orem self-care theory combined evidence-based nursing intervention method. The quality of life, self-care ability and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of quality of life and self-care ability of the study group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). After intervention, the nursing total satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The application of Orem self-care theory combined with evidence-based nursing in patients with CHF has a significant effect. It can not only effectively improve patients′self-care ability, promote their rehabilitation, but also help to further improve the quality of life, and significantly improve their nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
