热毒宁注射液治疗脓毒症致急性呼吸窘迫综合征的临床效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the effect of Reduning Injection on the immune function of sepsis-induced acute respiratory distress syndrome patients, and the effect of Reduning Injection on the survival rate of sepsis-induced acute respiratory distress syndrome patients. Methods A total of 88 patients with sepsis-induced acute respiratory distress syndrome patients to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into treatment group and reference group according to random number table method, 44 cases in each group.The patients in the reference group were treated with conventional Western medicine, and the patients in the treatment group were given Reduning Injection combined with conventional Western medicine treatment. During the treatment period, the immune function of the two groups of patients was observed, and the treatment efficacy and survival rate were statistically analyzed and evaluated. Results The CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ of the patients in the treatment group were higher than those of the reference group, and the CD8+of the patients in the treatment group was lower than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.91%, higher than that in the reference group of 68.18%, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the survival rate of patients in the treatment group after 6 months of follow-up was 67.50% (27/40), the survival rate of the reference group 56.67% (17/30), the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P＞0.05). Conclusion Reduning Injection has obvious clinical effect in treating patients with sepsis-induced acute respiratory distress syndrome, and it has an impact on the immune function of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
