Abstract Objective To investigate the application effect of positive psychological nursing intervention in venous transfusion in infants.Methods A total of 200 children with venous transfusion who were admitted to our hospital from January to November 2019 were selected.All cases were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of randomized trial, 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing, and observation group was given positive psychological nursing intervention based on routine nursing.The fear,pain degree of venous transfusion, and satisfaction of family members were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of fear in observation group after intervention was lighter than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of children′s face, legs, activity, cry, consolability behavioral tool (FLACC) and total score in observation group after intervention were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of family members in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Positive psychological nursing intervention can effectively reduce the fear of infants with venous transfusion, and decrease the degree of pain.
