Abstract The integrated medical and health service system is based on health needs,coordinating institutions at all levels,and providing residents with integrated and continuous medical services.The basic framework of the integrated medical and health service system was proposed by the World Health Organization in 2016,and it has become the goal of sustainable development of global health.Integrating the medical and health services of the health system into the entire social governance system,and further opening up health governance and governance at the entire society and community levels,is a successful case of an integrated medical service system.On August 9,2019,the Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Supporting Shenzhen to Build a Pilot Demonstration Zone of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics stated that Shenzhen should speed up the construction of a world-class integrated high-quality medical service system.Located on the central axis of Shenzhen,Longhua will form a new development pattern in the process of digital construction.As a pioneer in building a socialist demonstration zone with Chinese characteristics,Longhua is actively exploring the construction of a high-quality and efficient integrated medical service system.
