乌头碱皮肤微透析体外回收率的测定及其影响因素研究

Abstract Objective To investigate experimental factors affecting recovery rate of Aconitine skin microdialysis in vitro. Methods The effect of persuate flow rate, Aconitine concentration and ambient temperature on the recovery rate of microdialysis in vitro was investigated by gain method and loss method. Results The recovery rate of microdialysis in vitro decreased with the increasing of perfusate flow rate. The Aconitine concentration has little effect on the recovery rate of microdialysis in vitro. The higher the ambient temperature, the higher the recovery rate of microdialysis in vitro.Conclusion The recovery rate of Aconitine skin microdialysis in vitro is affected by the perfusate flow rate and ambient temperature, and not affected aconitine concentration.
