基于家庭的延伸康复护理措施在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective Discussion of the application effect of family-based extended rehabilitation nursing measures in patients after acute myocardial infarction (AMI).Methods The 100 patients with AMI admitted to Benxi Central Hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the study objects.The randomized digital table divided patients into the observation group (50 cases) and the control group (50 cases).The control group adopted routine nursing method,and the observation group adopted family-based extended rehabilitation nursing method, the sleep quality before and after care was compared.Results Before nursing, the sleep quality was no difference between the two groups (P＞0.05),the score of subjective sleep quality, sleep time, sleep time, sleep efficiency and others were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The medication, regular exercise, reasonable diet,self-monitoring and regular review were higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of family-based extended rehabilitation nursing measures for patients after AMI can significantly improve their sleep quality, be conducive to the cure of patients ′disease, and deserve clinical promotion and use.
