改良下肢运动操在心血管介入术中的应用及对依从性的影响

Abstract Objective To investigate the application of modified lower limb exercise in cardiovascular intervention and its effect on compliance.Methods A total of 200 patients who underwent cardiovascular intervention in our hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected, and they were divided into two groups according to random number table method, 100 cases in each group.The patients in control group were received routine postoperative nursing and the patients in observation group were received modified lower limb exercise based on control group.The scores of verbal rating scale (VRS), Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) scores and compliance were compared between two groups.Results The VRS pain rating scale of observation group was better than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).There was no statistical difference in the scores of PSQI scale between two groups before nursing (P＞0.05);the scores of PSQI scale in two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and observation group was lower than that of control group after nursing, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05）.The total compliance rate of observation group （94.00%） was higher than that of control group （82.00%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.Conclusion Modified lower limb rehabilitation exercise is easy to learn, it has good effects on improving the sleep quality and compliance of patients after cardiovascular intervention,and is conducive to reducing the pain, which can be promoted and applied to all patients who meet the rehabilitation exercise indications after cardiovascular intervention.
