微粒化黄体酮与地屈孕酮片治疗排卵障碍型异常子宫出血的效果比较

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of Micronized Progesterone and Dydrogesterone Tablets on abnormal uterine bleeding-ovulatory dysfunction (AUB-O) and their influences on endocrine function of patients.Methods A total of 117 AUB-O patients admitted to Xinyu People′s Hospital between May 2019 and December 2020 were selected as subjects and divided into group A (n=39), group B (n=39) and group C (n=39) according to random number table method.Group A was treated with Progesterone injection, group B was treated with Micronized Progesterone Capsules,and group C was treated with Dydrogesterone Tablets.The curative effect, changes in levels of endocrine function indexes (luteinizing hormone [LH], serum estradiol [E2], follicle stimulating hormone [FSH]) before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Results There was no significant difference in total clinical effective rate among the three groups (P>0.05).After treatment, the levels of LH, E2, FSH and endometrial thickness in group C were lower than those in group A and group B, and the menstrual volume in group C was lower than that in group A and group B, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).There were no severe adverse reactions in any group.Conclusion Both Progesterone and Dydrogesterone Tablets can significantly improve endocrine function and endometrial thickness in AUB-O patients, and regulate menstrual volume, with high safety.The improvement effect of Dydrogesterone Tablets is more significant, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
