培元通脑胶囊治疗脑卒中恢复期的效果及对神经功能、平衡功能及日常生活能力的影响

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of Peiyuan Tongnao Capsules in the treatment of recovery of stroke and its influence on neurological function, balance function and daily living ability.Methods A total of 62 cases of stroke patients in recovery stage who were treated in our department from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group (31 cases) and the control group (31 cases) according to random number table methods, 31 cases in each group.The control group received Naoxintong Capsules treatment on the basis of Western medicine and rehabilitation treatment, while the treatment group received Peiyuan Tongnao Capsules treatment on the basis of Western medicine and rehabilitation treatment, every 30 days as a course of treatment.The clinical effective rate, the scores of national institute of health stroke scale (NIHSS score), Berg balance scale (Berg score) and Barthel index (Barthel score) of the two groups were comprehensively evaluated.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 87.1%, which was higher than that of the control group accounting for 64.5%, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in NIHSS, Berg and Barthel scores between the two groups (P＞0.05).After treatment, the score of NIHSS in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, and the scores of Berg and Barthel in the treatment group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.01).Conclusion Peiyuan Tongnao Capsules can significantly improve the neurological function and balance function of patients in the recovery stage of stroke, and improve their ability of daily life as well.It has a remarkable therapeutic effect.
