针刺联合中药熏洗坐浴在混合痔患者术后的应用

Abstract Objective To investigate the efficacy of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation bath in patients with mixed hemorrhoids after surgery.Methods A total of 84 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who underwent surgery in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected and divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method,with 42 patients in each group.Group B was treated with Potassium Permanganate Solution for fumigation and bathing,and group A was treated with acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine for fumigation and bathing.The symptoms improvement time, duration of anal swelling, degree of anal swelling, anal pain, inflammation and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The time of edema, pain, exudate disappearance, wound healing time and anal distension duration in group A were shorter than those in group B, the degree of anal swelling and anal pain score in group A were lower than those in group B, with significant differences (P＜0.05).The levels of interleukin-17(IL-17) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in group A were lower than those in group B, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).During treatment, there were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and bathing treatment for patients with mixed hemorrhoids can effectively shorten the time to improve clinical symptoms, reduce the degree of anal swelling and pain,reduce the level of inflammatory factors, and help patients recover, which has high security.
