洛铂术中腹腔灌注联合血管注射在治疗结肠癌中的研究

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of Lobaplatin of intraperitoneal perfusion during operation combined with intravascular injection in the treatment of colon cancer.Methods A total of 75 patients with colon cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the study objects, they were divided into the treatment group (38 cases) and the control group (37 cases) according to random table of case allocation.The treatment group was given Lobaplatin of 50 mg/m2 intraperitoneal hyperthermia plus intraoperative intravascular injection, while the control group was given Lobaplatin of 50 mg/m2 intraperitoneal hyperthermia plus postoperative chemotherapy.The recovery time of gastrointestinal function, the incidence of complications and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups, and the changes of blood cell count and blood biochemical indexes before and after treatment in the two groups were recorded, and the recurrence condition of tumors in the two groups after treatment for 5 months was counted.Results There was no significant difference in the recovery time of gastrointestinal function between the two groups (P＞0.05).The white blood cell count, hemoglobin and platelet count in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P ＜0.05).The white blood cell count,hemoglobin and platelet count in the treatment groups after treatment were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The levels of alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase and creatinine in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The levels of alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase and creatinine in the treatment groups after treatment were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The incidence rates of nausea and vomiting,peripheral neuropathy, diarrhea, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, anemia, liver and kidney function damage in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).The recurrence rate in the treatment group was 5.26%, which was lower than 24.32% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The effect of Lobaplatin of intraperitoneal perfusion during operation combined with intravascular injection in the treatment of colon cancer is significant, which can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and adverse reactions, and the changes of blood cell count, blood biochemical indicators are smaller, the recurrence rate is lower, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
