Clinical effect of intensive treatment of Metformin combined with Insulin Aspart 30 Injection in the treatment of newly developed type 2 diabetes |

Abstract Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Metformin combined with Insulin Aspart 30 Injection in the treatment of newly developed type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 156 cases of patients with newly developed type 2 diabetes who admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to January 2019 were selected, they were divided into control group (78 cases) and observation group (78 cases) according to the random number table method.Metformin was given to both groups, on this basis, the control group was given Isophane Protamine Biosynthetic Human Insulin Injection treatment, and the observation group was given Insulin Aspart 30 Injection intensive treatment.The clinical efficacy and blood sugar level, time of blood sugar reaching the standard, dynamic blood sugar monitoring index and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate (97.44%) of the observation group was higher than that of the contr ol group (87.18%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The time of blood glucose reaching the standard in the obse rvation group was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the leve ls of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The time ratio of hyperglycemia, time ratio of hypoglycemia, fluctuation coefficient of blood glucose and in cidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically signifi cant (P<0.05).After treatment, the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the diff erence was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with Insulin Aspart 30 Injection intensive therapy can b etter control the blood sugar level of patients with newly developed type 2 diabetes mellitus, reduce the blood sugar level as soon as possible, reduce the f luctuation of blood sugar, reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia, and improve the quality of life.
