| Application of dual-track interactive nursing intervention method in the patients with diabetes |

Abstract Objective To explore application of dual-track interactive nursing intervention method in the patients with diabetes.Methods From September 2018 to September 2019, 158 diabetic patients who were managed in the first department of endocrinology in our hospital were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 79 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing measures, and the observation group was given dual-track interactive nursing intervention method on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose levels, total mastering rate of diabetes knowledge and total treatment compliance were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results After nursing, the fasting blood glucose, blood glucose at 2 hours after meal and glycated hemoglobin were lower than before nursing, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05);fasting blood glucose, blood glucose at 2 h after meal and glycated hemoglobin in observation group after nursing were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).After nursing, the observation group′s total knowledge rate of diabetes and total treatment compliance were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The dual-track interactive nursing intervention model for diabetic patients has a significant effect, which can effectively reduce blood glucose, improve the overall mastering rate of diabetes knowledge and treatment compliance.
