冷圈套切除结直肠小息肉的临床效果

Abstract Objective To explore the clinical effect of cold snare resection of small colorectal polyps.Methods The clinical data of 240 patients with colorectal polypectomy (diameter 4-9 mm) in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were analyzed retrospectively, divided into cold snare group (n=120) and hot snare group (n=120) according to different treatment methods.The operation time, specimen recovery rate, total complication rate, polyp location and pathological type of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time of cold snare group was (117.70±9.20)s, and that of hot snare group was (132.50 ±15.92) s, the operation time of cold snare group was shorter than that of hot snare group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The specimen recovery rate of cold snare group was 93.5%, and that of hot snare group was 96.7%, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05).The complication rate of cold snare group was 1.67%, and that of hot snare group was 3.33%, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in polyp location and pathological type between two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion The operation time of cold snares to remove small colorectal polyps (diameter 4-9 mm) is shorter than that of hot snares to remove small colorectal polyps, which is worthy of clinical application.
