Application effect of medical association telemedicine in the rapid treatment of regional cerebrovascular disease |

Abstract Objective To explore the affect of medical association telemedicine in the rapid treatment of regional cerebrovascular diseases, to study and improve the hierarchical diagnosis system and mechanism of cerebrovascular diseases.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute stroke admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to random number table method, they were divided into the telemedicine group (50 cases) and the traditional treatment group (50 cases).Telemedicine technology was applied for the telemedicine group to diagnose and transport cerebrovascular diseases, and previous traditional treatment methods in the medical association was used for the traditional treatment group.The time of diagnosis, time of transfer, door-toneedle time (DNT), door-to-puncture time (DPT), average time for hospital stay, modify rankin scale (mRS) at the time of discharge and 3 months after discharge were compared between the two groups.Results The time of diagnosis, time of transfer, DNT, DPT and average hospitalization time in the telemedicine group were less than those in the traditional treatment group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The mRS score of the telemedicine group at discharge and 3 months after discharge were lower than those of the traditional treatment group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The setup of medical association telemedicine can promote the establishment of a continuous, rapid and standardized mode of diagnosis and treatment of stroke disease, improve the overall level of diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases, ensure the homogeneity of diagnosis and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases, and reduce the disability rate of acute stroke disease.
