甘精胰岛素联合格列美脲治疗老年糖尿病的效果

Abstract Objective To explore the effect of Insulin Glargine combined with Glimepiride in the treatment of senile diabetes. Methods The clinical data of 300 elderly diabetic patients admitted to Longhua Community Health Center from May 2018 to May 2019 were collected retrospectively, and grouped according to the treatment method. The control group (n=150) was treated with Insulin Glargine and observation group (n=150) was given Glimepiride treatment on this basis, and the total effective rate, blood glucose level, renal function index, total incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The fasting blood glucose, two hours postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group after 3 months of treatment were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of serum creatinine (Scr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) after treatment were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in Scr level and BUN level between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05). There was no significant adverse reaction in the two groups.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of elderly diabetic patients, the combined use of Insulin Glargine and Glimepiride has a positive effect, promotes the control of blood sugar levels, and further promotes the improvement of renal function,which is worthy of promotion.
