| Effect of a small low frequency therapeutic apparatus combined with Chinese herbal package on uterus and holistic nursing on promoting postpartum uterine contraction |

Abstract Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of uterine contractions after delivery of parturients by using a small low frequency therapeutic apparatus combined with Chinese herbal package on uterus and holistic nursing.Methods Sixty-six clinical cases of postpartum women who were admitted to Ruijin Maternity and Child Health Hospital from July to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing,manual uterine massage,and uterine contraction injection methods,and the observation group used low-frequency therapy instrument combined with traditional Chinese medicine to seal the uterus and holistic nursing methods.The pain degree of postpartum uterine contraction,the duration of contraction pain,and the amount of postpartum vaginal bleeding between the two groups were compared between the two groups.Results The pain of uterine contractions and vaginal bleeding in the observation group at 6,12,24,and 48 h were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The comparison between the observation group and the control group in terms of pain degree of uterine contractions and vaginal bleeding between groups,time point and time point,and group time point interaction,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of pain reduction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of a small low frequency therapeutic apparatus,Chinese herbal package on uterus,and holistic nursing can effectively alleviate the pain of postpartum contractions,promote uterine contractions,facilitate uterine recovery,reduce postpartum hemorrhage rate,relieve maternal pain,and make women feel safe and healthy in body and mind,which has good social and economic benefits,and can be used for clinical promotion and application.
