中药封包护理干预在胃脘痛患者中的应用效果

Abstract Objective To investigate the application effect of nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation in patients with epigastric pain.Methods A total of 92 patients with epigastric pain admitted to Ruichang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and were divided intot he control group (46 cases)and the observation group (46 cases)by random number table method.The two groups were treated with conventional western medicine,the control group was added with conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The intervention effect and clinical symptom disappearance time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.65%,higher than 82.61% of the control group,with statistical difference (P<0.05).The disappearance time of symptoms of epigastriac pain,vomiting water,cold limbs and symptoms in the observation group were(4.03±0.69),(3.96±0.52),(5.12±1.08)and(3.48±0.46)d,which were shorter than(5.71±1.12),(4.87±1.03),(6.52±1.13)d and(4.31±0.57)d in the control group,with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation can enhance the intervention effect of epigastric pain,accelerate the disappearance of clinical symptoms and alleviate the suffering of patients.
